At EFX, we are committed to your peak performance; if your gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of purchase. All returned products must be in original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your EFX gear in its original container.
Drop Off Package
Affix the return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After our warehouse team inspects your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement gear within 5-7 business days.
